Any time day or nite we could never reach staff except by phone as front desk was vacant. When we finally did get someone's attention to ask about towels we were told that we would have to cut up the hand towels for washcloths. We had to constantly ask for toilet paper and trash bags.
First of all there were tenants downstairs who had huge dogs who attacked the windows every time we walked by. Our room was way below standards, even for pet friendly. My husband wears white socks and walked across the carpet one time. He showed them to me and the entire bottoms were black as if he had gone outside and walked across the pavement. It was terrible and we will not be staying there again. To be fair my friend and I came down and stayed in a regular room, it was cleaner but had a chemical smell that irritated our eyes and nostrils.
